Ingredients:  
1/2 C. butter
1 C. light brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. sour cream
1 1/2 C. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
1 3/4 C. salted chopped cashews.

Frosting
1/2 C. butter, melted and browned
2 C. 10X powdered sugar
3 tsp. cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together
1/2 C. butter
1 C. light brown sugar

Add and mix well
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. sour cream

Sift together and add to above
1 1/2 C. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
Mix well. Add 1 3/4 C. salted chopped cashews.
Drop by teaspoon sized balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Frosting
1/2 C. butter, melted and browned
2 C. 10X powdered sugar
3 tsp. cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Apply frosting when cookies are cool.
