1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
2 T. cooking oil
2 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic (fresh minced or powdered)

Directions:

Combine all marinade ingredients and mix well. Place in a large ziploc bag with a 3 lb. chuck roast. Let stand in a refrigerator 3-4 hours, turning bag 2 to 3 times. Or, can be left overnight.
