1 or 2 beef roasts
1 package Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
Your favorite BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef roast(s) in crock pot. Sprinkle over the top 1 package Lipton dry soup mix. Cover and cook on low for at least 9 hours. Drain off liquids/Pull meat out of crock and place onto serving platter or plate. Separate with 2 forks, discarding any fat. Place in large microwavable bowl; add BBQ sauce (I usually thin it with catsup). If it seems too dry or thick, add back some of the reserved liquid from crock pot. Reheat and serve on buns.

Wonderful quick supper on a busy weekday night!
