1.2 cup pecans 1 stick butter, 1 cup flour
1.4 cup cool whip, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar
2 small pck. milk chocolate instant pudding, 3 cups milk, 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pecans,melted butter and flour. Put in 9x13 pan. Cook @ 350º for 12 min. Let cool.

Mix cool whip,cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread on cool crust.

Mix pudding and milk until thick, add vanilla and pour on top of cream cheese layer.

Cover with coolwhip and sprinkle nuts on top. Refrigerate
