1 rack of baby back ribs
1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut rack of ribs into about 3 sections so it will fit into a pot
2. Fill the pot with water and bring it to a boil
3. Place the rib sections into the pot of water and boil for 45 minutes
4. After the ribs boil for 45 minutes, take them out and place them in a large rectangular casserole baking dish and smother them with barbecue sauce
5. Cover the ribs with tinfoil and refridgerate for several hours. Remove from the refridgerate and cook them in the oven on 250 degrees for 3 hours
6. After 3 hours, remove the tinfoil from the top. Add more barbecue sacue if you like and broil them for 5-10 minutes and grill until top is crispy.
7. Remove ribs from baking dish and serve on a platter.
