4 pounds Baby Back Ribs
Dry Rub (recipe separate)
3 Cups Ketchup
1 1/2 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon black pepper

Rub the dry rub all over the ribs. Place in a glass dish, cover & refrigerate several hours or over night.

Stir together ketchup, water, vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard, brown sugar, oregano, basil, thyme and pepper in a medium bowl.

Transfer ribs into a stew pot. Reserve one cup sauce for basting later, pour remainder over the ribs. Bring to a boil, turn heat to low and cook for 1 1/2 hours. (Ribs may be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated)

Prepare grill. Remove ribs from sauce, discard sauce. Spread 1/2 reserved sauce over the ribs.

Cook ribs over medium coals until crispy and browned, about 5 minutes. Turn ribs over spread with remaining sauce. Cook for 5 minutes more
