1 large pkg fresh button mushrooms
16 oz pkg Jimmy Dean sausage
1 bunch scallions chopped
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese at room temp.
4 Tbsp. butter melted
1 clove garlic
Bread crumbs
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
With the stems on, wash enough mushrooms to cover a baking dish. Remove the stems from the mushroom caps. Chop the stems into small pieces. Saute’ sausage with all the chopped stems and scallions. When sausage is completely cooked, add the cream cheese. Stir until creamy and melted. Drizzle melted butter in bottom of pan. Disperse the mushroom caps in one layer in pan. Season caps with salt and pepper and heap with sausage mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake in a 350º oven for 15 – 18 minutes.
