2 ½ Cups flour
¾ Cups cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 Cup white sugar
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup butter, softened
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
75 rolo candies (about two packages)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugars and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add flour cocoa and baking soda. Blend well. Chill dough in the fridge for 1 hour Shape roughly 1 tablespoon of dough into the palm of your hand and form ball. Press rolo into the ball and cover it completely. Place cookies on ungreased cookie sheet and chill for 1 hour. Bake for 9-12 minutes at 375º.
