for Chocolate Chip Cookies
2/3 c. butter or margarine
2/3 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 pkg. chocolate chips


for Peanut Butter Cookies
1 c. margarine
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t. baking powder
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
3 cups flour
1 bag of peanut butter chips


for Oatmeal Raisin cookies
1 1/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
3 c. oats

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together wet ingredients (butter, eggs, vanilla) and sugars. Add dry ingredients and mix well. May be refrigerated or frozen. Bake at 350º for 10 - 12 minutes

This cookie dough recipe was used for a fundraiser by the young women in our ward to earn money for camp. They put the cookie dough in a plastic container, labeled it with type and baking instructions. Sold each container for $5.00. It was very successful.
