3-5 lb brisket
2 T. liquid smoke
2 T. soy sauce
2 tsp. celery seeds
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic granules
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Trim off fat of a 3-5 lb brisket. Place on foil sheet in pan. Mix
the marinade ingredients and pour marinade over meat. Fold
foil up and seal. Let stand in refrigerator over night. Do not
open. Bake about 5 hours at 300 degrees or until fork tender.
This is good hot or cold, but especially good re-heated and
served with the warm juices.
