1 cup Crisco Oil
1 cup Sugar
1 T Vanilla
1 cup eggs (4 or 5)
5 cups Flour
4 t. Baking Powder
1 t. salt (optional)

with mixer, cream first four ingredients together
Sift flour, baking power and salt together
Add to creamed mixture.
Roll on floured board, cut into shapes with cookie cutters.
Bake 325º, 6-7 minutes

The nice part of this recipe is the dough can be rolled and rerolled....very easy to work with. (and the cookies are great!)
