Chopped onion
2 small cans of tomato sauce
1 clove garlic (or couple dashes garlic salt)
2 tbsp wine vinegar
2 tbsp chili powder
1 can kidney beans (use liquid)
Corn chips
Grated cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in oil, add meat and brown, add seasoning. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Mix in kidney beans. In 2 quart casserole layer chips, grated cheese, and meat mixture. Bake uncovered at 375º for 20 minutes.
