1 large 6-7 lb. flat-cut boneless beef brisket
1 package onion soup mix
10-15 small new potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. carrots, cut in small pieces
1 large plastic Reynolds oven bag
1 cup water or red wine (Columbia Crest Valley Merlot, or any of your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare oven bag per directions on box. Salt and pepper the brisket. Place in oven bag, fatty side up. Add carrots and potatoes, wine or water. Sprinkle onion mix inside the bag. Place in large baking pan. Cut slits in the bag per directions on box. Cook 5-6 hours at 225-250 deg.
