1 cup finely chopped onions
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 tablespoon chili powder
1/8 tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together and bring it to a boil; simmer for 20 minutes. Cook your spare ribs for about 1 hour in salt water; drain and place in baking pan. Pour your barbecue sauce over it and bake for 1 hour or until tender (375º oven).
You may put uncooked spareribs in a baking pan and pour the sauce over the ribs and bake and 350º oven for 2 and 1/2 hours or until tender
