1 1/2 lb ground beef
3 slices soft bread, torn into pieces
1 cup milk
1/4 cup minced onions
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 cups water
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp margarine
3/4 tsp salt
2 cups instant mashed potato puffs
1/2 cup (about 2-oz) shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine first seven ingredients, and mix well. Pat into 9" round cake pan. Press a shallow hole in the center (to hold extra fat). Bake 1 hour at 350º. Put water, milk, butter and salt into saucepan and bring to a boil. Take off heat and stir in potatoes with a fork until fluffy. Spread the potatoes on the meat loaf, sprinkle with the cheese, and put back into oven until cheese melts. Cut into wedges. Makes 6 servings.
