6 pork end chops (loin or rib)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can (10 1/2-oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 small onion, minced (optional)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
4 cups thinly sliced potatoes

Directions:

Brown chops. Blend soup, milk, parsley and onion. Layer potatoes, salt and pepper and sauce in 2-quart casserole. Top with chops. Bake covered, at 375º for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 6 servings. Serve with Waldorf salad and raspberry or cranberry sherbet for dessert.
