6-7 lb. brisket (trimmed)
liquid smoke
onion salt
garlic salt
celery salt
worchestershire sauce
Kraft bbq sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate brisket in liquid smoke, onion salt, garlic salt and celery salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove about 1 hour before baking. Douse with worchestershire, salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 275º for 5 hours. Take cover off. Pour bbq sauce over brisket and bake one more hour (uncovered).
