3 pounds shrimp, cooked
6 tbsp. butter
3 large onions, chopped
3 large apples, chopped
3 tsp. curry powder
3/4 cup flour
6 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups cream
juice of 1 lemon
3/4 tsp. salt
Garnish ingredients below (optional)
dash of white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter, onions and apples. Add flour and stir until flour
becomes golden color and you've created a roux. Then add
remaining ingredients EXCEPT shrimp and stir constantly until
sauce thickens. Add shrimp at very last. Serve with rice and
garnish with coconut, bacon pieces, peanuts, chopped green
onions and raisins soaked in cognac.
