Ingredients:  
1 package frozen chopped spinach 10oz. thawed and drained
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
3/4 cup feta cheese 3oz., crumbled
1/4 tsp pepper
3 eggs
1 bunch green onion, chopped fine
1 tbsp fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz noodles, cooked
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles as package directs, rinse and drain and set aside. In processor, place cheeses, pepper, eggs and garlic, process until smooth. Add to remaining ingredients and mix. Add all to the noodles and pour into a greased casserole. Bake for 55 minutes at 375º. Cut into squares and serve.

I love Greek spinakopita but can't be bothered with the filo leaves so I figured out thiskugel which gives me the flavors without the work.
