10 # roast beef
1 roasting bag, large
2-3 tbls. salt
2 bay leaves
1/2 onion, medium size
1 large clove of garlic
1 large tbls.Wroght's Liquid Smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Rub course ground pepper on the roast. Place roast in bag. Add remaining ingredients to the roasting bake. Seal. Poke holes near the top. Bake 300º for 5 hours. Do not open oven door.
