3 C hot water
3/8 or a little less honey or sugar
1/4 C marg. or 1/2 C apple sauce
1Tlbs salt
11/2 Tlbs yeast
6-8 C whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast to water let activate for 5 min. Add to rest of ingredients. knead for 10 minutes. Let double in size. Cut loaves, let rise again.
BAke at 350º 25-30 min check may need to be a little longer.

I know half this family has tried waight watchers at least once in there lives. Well this bread made low fat in very low in points and is so yummy.
