Favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Take a rack of spareribs and apply your favorite spice rub or McCormick's Grillmates seasoning.
2. Wrap rib rack tightly in foil, place on cookie sheet, and bake for 3 1/2 hours on 200º oven.
3. Let ribs cool.
4. Slather with favorite BBQ sauce and cook on grill about 5-7 minutes on a low to medium heat (gas or charcoal) turning as needed.

Note: The ribs are fully cooked in the oven. The grill is only used to add some smoke and "finish" to the outside.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The "slow and low" cooking in the oven facilitates the spices getting into the meat. It also softens the meat and makes it tender. Finishing on the grill gives it the BBQ touch.
