Pollo en presas en marinada:
2 – 3 dientes grandes de ajo
vinagre tinto ( un chorro)
jugo de 1 limón
aceite de oliva ( un chorro)
sal
pimienta
1 cucharadita de orégano
1 cebolla grande cortada como para escabeche
1 pimiento verde cortado en tiras gruesas
2 tomates en cuñas
condimento (adobo criollo)
poquito de juguito de aceitunas (opcional)
aceitunas verdes rellenas (opcional)

Directions:
Se deja las presas marinando tapadas por 1-2 días en refrigeración.

Retirar el líquido de la marinada y reservarlo. Secar las presas y dorarlas en poquito de aceite. Cuando estén bien doraditas por todos lados, agregarle la marinada con sus vegetales y añadirle un chorrito de Salsa de Tomate (no Ketchup). Dejar cocinar muy lento tapado en su propio jugo.

Se acompaña con arroz.
