1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. dark sesame oil
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. grated finger root
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash hot pepper sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Toast sesame seeds in a frying pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 min. until they just begin to color. Combine vegetable oil, sesame oil, orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, hot pepper sauce,salt and pepper. Whisk until the sauce is emulsified. Add sesame seeds.
