3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sesame or other vegetable oil
1 1/2 tbsp mustard, or to taste
1/4 C orange juice
1 tbsp grated orange zest
1 clove garlic
1 scallion, minced
2 lbs Country-style spare ribs or other pork ribs

Directions:
Mix together the soy sauce, honey, oil, mustard, adn orange juice. Stir in the zest, garlic and scallion, then marinate the ribs, turning to coat the meat on all sides. Leave them to marinate for 1 hr or several, turning occasionally. Use marinade for basting ribs.
