Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Packages of Country Style (thick) Ribs (as many as your family can eat)

Rib Rub (I use Famous Dave's Rib Rub)

Barbecue Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Boil ribs in water for 25 to 30 minutes to "de-fat." Drain water. While ribs are in boiling water, prepare a baking sheet by putting it in the 300º oven WITH WATER to get the water up to temperature.
After draining water from the boiled ribs, place the ribs on the prepared baking sheet and season with as much Rib Rub as you desire....the more, the merrier. Bake at 300º for 1 1/2 hours. Flip over ribs, season again, and bake for at least 1 more hour -- 1 1/2 hours would be better.
When ribs are almost "ready," add barbecue sauce for about the last 20 - 30 minutes. If desired, slap the ribs on the grill for a couple minutes to darken and give the "smoked" appearance.
