Serve and enjoy

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
A few serving suggestions could be steamed rice and grilled asparagus or served on a toasted bun of your choice with grilled onions and pineapple.

To grill pineapple slice all rind of pineapple ( do not take the core out ) slice into 1/2 inch slices, brush oil onto both sides of pineapple and season with salt and pepper and grill… this should only take about 2 minutes on each side, this will also work with the onions. Once pineapple is grilled take out the hard core in the middle of the pineapple.
