2 C. FLOUR
3/4 C. SUGAR
1 ROUNDED t. BAKING POWDER
3 EGGS
1/2 cup OIL
13 DROPS ANISE OIL

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingred.
In seperate bowl beat together eggs, oil, and anise oil.
Add to dry mix and blend together. Dough will be stiff and sticky.
Grease a cookie sheet. Take a spoon and make three lines of dough on cookie sheet. Wet hands and shape into logs. Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 min.
Take off and cut logs into 1-1 1/2" slices.
Lay cookie on side and bake 7-8 min, turn to other side and bake same amount of time, ends will not need to be baked on both sides.
