2 cups vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
4 cups brown sugar
4 cups flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
6 cups diced apples
2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts

frosting:
1 cup butter
3 cups powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp yolks
2 tbsp rum or brandy
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and place in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 1 hour at 350º. Cool completely and frost. Place a cookie
sheet under this pan on a lower shelf to catch spills.
