4 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp dried basil, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (I use at least 1 1/2 tsp)

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well. Pour into a jar shaker for convenience. Store in a spice shaker. This recipe can be doubled or tripled and can be made hotter by adding more cayenne pepper.

This is a great spice for any type of meat. Sounds like a lot of ingredients but it's a great combination!
