2 3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy or whip cream
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
Beat above until stiff peaks form. Spoon into pie crust, chill 3 hours.

1 ready to use graham cracker crust
1 1/2 pt strawberries, washed and hulled
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar

Crush enough strawberries to make 1/2 cup. In sauce pan mix cornstarch, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water until blended, ass crushed strawberries. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Boil 1 minute, remove from heat, cool.

When cream cheese mixture is set, top with whole berries, pour glaze over and refridgerate until glaze is set, about 1 hour. When cream cheese mixture is set top with whole strawberries.
