One 6 oz lime jello
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 tsp peppermint extract or creme de menthe
2 cups prepared Dream Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add cold water and flavoring, chill 2 1/2 cups in a bowl 'til slightly thickened. Chill rest in 9 x 5 loaf pan until firm, cut into 1/2" cubes. Blend topping with slighlty thickened gelatin. Pour into 4 cup serving bowl. Chill 'til firm. Arrange cubes on top.
