1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar, 1/4 c country-style Dijon mustard, 2 (12 ounce) cans beer, 1 tsp hot pepper sauce, 3 lbs beef, pork loin or country style ribs

BBQ Sauce

1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar, 1/4 c chopped onion, 1 c ketchup, 1/2 c Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 c lemon juice, 1/2 tsp coarsley ground pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

In Dutch oven stir together all rib ingredients except ribs; add ribs. Cook over high heat until mixure comes to a full boil ( 5 to 10 minutes). Cover; reduce heat to low. Continue cooking, turning ribs occasionally, until ribs are fork tender (40 to 50 minutes). Meanwhile, prepare grill; heat until coals are ash white. In 1-quart saucepan stir together all barbecue sauce ingredients. Place ribs on grill. Brush ribs with babecue sauce. Grill, brushing with babecue sauce and turning occasionally, until ribs are done (12 to 15 minutes). Cook remaining barbecue sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until just comes to a boil (3 to 5 minutes). Serve with ribs.
