In 9 x 13 pan mix 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa. Then stir in 2 cups water until well blened.
Snip 12 marshmallows into 1/4's and scatter over mixture.
Spoon over this Devil Food Cake mix. Top with nut meats.

Bake 350º for 45 to 50 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
