1 lb. ground hamburg
1 lb. ground pork
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
salt and pepper
onion (optional)
2-3 lbs potato
2 crust pie dough (Pillsbury just unroll)

Directions:
Directions:
Grind together pork and hamburg.
Then using a slow cooker, add mixture and seasonings (diced onions if you like).
Cook til well done.
Boil and mash potatoes.
Season potatoes with salt and pepper.
Then mix pork and potatoes together.
I add or delete potato depending how meaty it looks.
Use 9 inch pie pan.
Unroll 1st crust and fill with mixture top with 2nd crust.
Bake in oven 350 til good and hot about 40 -50 min.
