5 lb. trimmed beef brisket
salt and pepper
Season with Cumin
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 cups Chunky Salsa
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Season brisket with cumin. Cook in nonstick skillet until browned. Add 1 cup salsa and heat to a boil. Cover brisket with salt, pepper and garlic and place in shallow baking dish (3 qt). Mix remaining salsa, brown sugar and Worcestershire and spread over brisket. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 300º for 5 hours or until tender. Slice or shred brisket and serve.
