1/2 c Honey
1/2 c Carob Protein Powder
1 c Toasted Wheat Germ
1 c Peanuts or Soy Nuts
1/2 c Sunflower Seeds or Sesame Seeds

Roll into balls and roll in coconut. Refrigerate if using a refrigerated brand of peanut butter, which would be preferable.
