2 c butter
1 c sugar
3-4 boiled egg yolks (put thru a sieve to make fine)
2 whole eggs
4 c flour

Roll out in 1/2 " strings, cut in 3 1/2 " lengths, loop ends together, dip in egg whites or brush on crushed sugar lumps.
Put on greased cookie sheet, bake till light brown
approximately 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

Very rich, sometimes try almond (1/2 tsp)
