1 Package 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
1 Cup Sour Cream
3 oz Dried beef, rinsed and finely
Chopped
2 T Green Pepper, chopped
1 1/2 T Onion, minced
1 t Green pepper flakes, optional
1/2 t Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first eight ingredients in a 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 375º, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with raw vegatables or crackers.
