2 cups flour
2 cups granulated sugar
Brownies-
2 sticks butter
1 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
5 Tbsp cocoa

Mint- (1 1/2 times)
1/4 cup butter
2 1/2-3 cups powdered sugar
Mix with 1/2 cup sugar and add:
3 Tbsp milk
1 tsp mint
5 drops green color
-Mix remainder of sugar as needed, spread over cooled brownies refrigerate,

Chocolate- (double)
Melt generous cup of semi-sweet chips with
1/2 cup butter
-Pour over mint and refrigerate

Melt butter and cocoa. Add water and bring to a boil. Pour over sugar and flour and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into an 11X17 greased floured pan. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.
