1 quart strawberries, chopped, slightly sugared
1 angel food cake
1 cup milk
1 cup powdered sugar
dash of vanilla
1 large container Cool Whip
8 oz cream cheese, softened
Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, sugar, vanilla, cool whip and cream cheese. Set aside. Tear angel food cake into pieces. Layer into dish or trifle bowl. Add strawberries layer. Then Cool Whip layer. Repeat, ending with strawberries, if possible. Cool or serve immediately. Top with dollops of cool whip, if desired.
