1 12 oz can evaporated goat’s milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
6 egg yolks
1/3 cup of maple sugar
½ cup of agave nectar

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 300 degrees. 2.In a saucepan, heat the goat’s milk and vanilla. 3.In a bowl whisk egg yolks and agave nectar. 4.Whisk goat’s milk into egg mixture. 5.Pour 1/2 to 3/4 cup of mixture into 8 custard dishes. 6.Place dishes in baking dish. 7.Pour boiling water into baking dish so that it comes half way up the custard dishes. 8.Bake for 30 minutes or until custard is firm. 9.Chill at least one hour. 10.Top with maple sugar and place under broiler until sugar melts and bubbles.
