3 pounds of organic pork baby back ribs
¼ cup maple sugar
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 ½ teaspoon soul seasoning
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
½ tsp of crushed red pepper
Grade B Maple Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
1.Parboil 3 pounds of baby back ribs in water with carrot, onion, and minced garlic for 25 minutes. 2.Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 3. Mix Maple sugar and spices in small bowl. 4.Rub spice mixture onto both sides of ribs. 5.Place ribs in foil lined roasting pain. 6.Cover with foil. 7. Bake 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones.
8. Remove foil and cook additional 15 minutes prior to removing from oven. 9. Brush with Grade B Maple Syrup. 10. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes prior to serving.
