1 lb of Margarine
1 small can cayenne pepper
2 small cans black pepper
1 pint apple cider vinegar
4 oz garlic salt
1 cup table salt
1 pint safflower oil

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, and mix in all other ingredients. With gloves, rub marinade all over meat. Wrap meat in a clean white sheet and tie.
Cook in pit. Call Gary Baker for instructions.
