1 16oz. package of powdered sugar, sifted
1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Coating:
1 12oz. package chocolate chips
1/2 butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, 1/2 c. butter, vanilla and salt. Roll into 1" balls.

On the stove (in a double boiler preferably), melt the chocolate chips and butter.

Pick each peanut butter ball up with a skewer and dip into melted chocolate. Place on wax paper to set.
