1 1/3 c. Minute Rice (uncooked)
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt
2 2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, raisins, salt, and milk in saucepan. Bring to a full boil, uncovered. Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar, butter, and vanilla until blended. Cover; let stand 10 - 15 minutes. Pour into serving bowl. Serve warm or chilled.
