1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup miniature semisweet morsels
1 (12 oz) package regular semisweet morsels
1 1/2 Tbsp solid shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter at medium speed until creamy; gradually add sugars - beat well. Add egg substitute and vanilla; beat well. Add flour to butter mixture; beat well. Stir in mini chips. Cover and chill in freezer for about 30 minutes.

Shape dough into 1" balls. Cover and freeze until very firm.

Place 12 oz chips in a 1 quart bowl with shortening. Melt in microwave according to package directions. Using two forks, quickly dip frozen dough in the chocolate, covering half or completely. Place on wax paper to harden. Store truffles in refrigerator.
