16-18 oz. frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots)
2 c. water
1 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. flour
4 chicken bouillion cubes
6 c. cold milk
1 c. diced, cooked ham
1 tsp. white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables in water until tender. Drain.

Melt butter and saute' onions and celery in it until the onions are clear. Add flour and stir to blend. Crush and add chicken bouillon cubes.

Stir in cold milk, keep stirring until thick and smooth. Add ham and white pepper, season with salt to taste.
