Ingredients:

3 1/4 c. flour ( set 1 c. aside)
1 T. sugar
1 t. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. hot water
1 T. softened butter

Filling:
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c.flaked coconut
2 T. honey
2 T. butter
1/2t cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix:
2 1/4 c.flour,sugar,salt,& yeast.
Stir in hot water & butter.
Mix in reserved flour to make a soft paste.
Knead 4 min. Let raise. When double punch down and roll dough into 14x18 " rectangle.
Set on cookie sheet & spread filling down the middle of dough.
Cut 1 " wide strips to center to filling.
Place sheet over a pan of hot water on counter for 15 min.
Bake @375º 20 Min.
