4 pounds country style pork ribs
2 tsp salt
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup Domino brownulated sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup apple jelly
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Sprinkle salt evenly over the ribs. Stir together the other ingredients until blended well. Pour half of the liquid mixture into a 5 1/2 qt. crockpot, then place in the ribs and pour the rest of the mixture over them.
Cover and cook on High for 6 to 8 hours (just depends on your particular crockpot). Check after 6 hours the first time you cook this recipe.
Skim the fat from the sauce before serving.
